Your florist follows your profile every single week, and you can change your bouquet or customizations any week by Wednesday night with one WhatsApp message.
Each membership is a single payment covering a set number of Friday deliveries: 1-Month is $144 for 4 deliveries, 2-Month is $272 for 8, and 3-Month is $384 for 12. Your membership renews at the end of the term unless you cancel the renewal - there are never surprise weekly charges. Prepaid weeks aren't refunded: if you're away, that week's bouquet goes wherever you send it (see the vacation question below). You can also order a one-time bouquet for $45 with no membership at all.
Wednesday at 11:59 PM for that week's Friday delivery. Our florists buy fresh stock Thursday morning, so every bouquet is at its freshest for Shabbat. Subscribers never need to think about it - it's automatic.

Your bouquets keep going out every Friday of your term: redirect that week's delivery to your parents, your hosts, or anyone in our delivery area - or we'll donate it in your name to a local hospital or nursing home. Your flowers are never wasted, and prepaid weeks aren't refunded or credited.
If your flowers are ever late, wilted, or not beautiful - next week is free. No questions, no forms, no arguing. That's the promise.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of their term (every 4, 8, or 12 weeks). Cancel your renewal any time before the next billing date - one WhatsApp message or email is enough - and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded: every paid Friday gets delivered, and if you're away you can redirect that week's bouquet to anyone in our delivery area or have us donate it in your name. Our quality promise: if a bouquet ever arrives late, wilted, or wrong, your next week is free. And if we ever fail to deliver a bouquet you paid for, that delivery is refunded in full.
Deliveries are made every Friday, before candle lighting, to addresses in our Brooklyn delivery area. The cutoff for orders and changes is Wednesday at 11:59 PM for that week's Friday. No deliveries or business activity take place on Shabbat or Yom Tov.
We collect only what your deliveries need: your name, contact details, delivery address, and flower preferences. Card numbers go directly from your browser to our PCI-certified payment processor - we never see or store them. We never sell your information, and we share it with no one except the flower shop preparing your order. To update or delete your information, message us any time.
